In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering positive business relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming B2B customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.

  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively.

  • Process B2B orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Track and monitor order status, providing updates to clients as needed.

  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Proactively identify and address potential problems to prevent customer dissatisfaction.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.

  • Work closely with the sales team to support account management and upsell opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues for continuous improvement.
