Job Summary:

Responsible for Clerical Duties within the Office locations including but not limited to taking new referral information, matching workers with cases, and managing ongoing consumer needs keeping continuity as the priority aspect of the process AS NEEDED

Organizational Relationship: Reports directly to the Agency Director Risk of Occupational Exposure to Blood-Borne Pathogens: C: no exposure Qualifications: • High School education or diploma or equivalent is preferred • A minimum of 6 months of office work experience. • Must have a criminal background check. • Proficient competency with computers and managing hiring boards • Ability to multi-task with minimal stress and is a self-starter who is able to be selfdirected. • Teamwork and a positive attitude • Organization and writing skills are a must • Engages employees & promotes growth • Professional appearance and demeanor

*Responsibilities: *

Type memos, correspondence, agendas, reports, etc. as needed, • Take phone referrals, Answer phones professionally, record ALL calls on call logs as soon as possible, and notify staff appropriately. • Verify shifts in Axiscare, calculate and enter payroll into a Paycheck, and submit payroll when it is verified. • Make appointments and inform staff members of meetings and provide weekly meeting minutes to the team in a timely manner As needed • File all incoming documents timely and efficiently keeping all HIPAA information secured • Assist the HR Department with the hiring process and onboarding & orientation process as needed • Take incoming referral information via phone or email and send information or direct calls appropriately • Organizing files/folders as needed • Collaborate with the Office Manager to effectively coordinate consumer services and establish mutually agreed-upon goals and achievement standards • Support creation/coordination of Home intake, re-assessment, and Supervisory visit paperwork • Notify the Office Manager of all intake information, schedule intakes, and take turns completing the intake with the Office Manager or when the Field Supervisor is unable to do so. • Assist with weekly Promise checks AS NEEDED • Adheres to respect, confidentiality, professionalism, and teamwork within the office • Actively works to encourage departmental growth (networking). • Check and schedule any unassigned visits and maintain accurate weekly schedules, and verify visit as needed • Participates in the QA Committee & Sub QA meetings and write meeting Minutes as needed • Notifies the Agency of emergencies, sickness, and other imminent occurrences that may affect the Consumer caseload as quickly as possible relative to the event's occurrence. • Submits written time requests 2 weeks or more in advance of planned time off • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Functional Abilities:

Must be able to operate a computer and other office equipment with intermediate efficiency. • Must be able to read 12 point or larger type. • Must be able to comprehend and communicate in English. • Primarily a desk job which entails sitting, standing and minimal lifting of office supplies, records, etc. • Must be able to stoop and bend effectively so as to be able to perform the above-listed job responsibilities.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Pay: $12/hour (bi-weekly pay)
