DISW’s Finance Operations (FinOPs) team is a global organisation responsible for both the end-to-end revenue operations transaction processing, as well as operating as a transformation engine for DISW as we evolve our business.

The Product Readiness team forms part of the FinOps organisation and is responsible for some of the master data elements that are essential for these activities. Master data is at the heart of all our exciting initiatives and business transformation goals.

We are looking for a Product Data Specialist to join us on a fixed term contract.

Role Description:

This role supports Product Master function within the Siemens DI SW Organisation.

This role will apply to operational and system knowledge and know-how for CPQ & Sales Force (SFDC). The candidate will require understanding and specific knowledge and skills to complete a wide variety of complex and multifaceted tasks. The candidate will need CPQ and Sales Force (SFDC) operational experience particularly on Product creation and system support

The candidate would preferably also have SAP experience along with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office suite of products The role will typically operate under supervision, however, will perform their tasks independently in the areas of product creation and system support. Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.

Area of responsibility:

  • CPQ and Sales Force(SFDC) operational experience particularly on Product creation and system support

  • SAP ECC master data creation and maintenance

  • Perform audits across systems to ensure continuity and consistency of key data elements

  • Work out of inboxes, ensuring agreed TAT's and SLA's are met with regard to requests and tickets.

  • Help with testing of new systems coming on line

  • Support multiple ad-hoc project initiatives and tasks as needed

  • Draft training documentation and work instructions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of CPQ and SalesForce

  • Strong digital literacy a pre-requisite (Outlook/Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Microsoft Teams)

  • Good attention to detail skills required

  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task efficiently

  • Strong Self motivator with an eye towards continuous improvement
