What Process Engineering contributes to Cardinal Health

  • Responsible for analyzing and assessing supplier processes to determine process capability.

  • Trouble shooting for equipment related issue with suppliers and handle Cardinal owned equipment, such as preventive and maintenance, spare parts management.

  • Collaborate with project Leaders on project execution & management of product lines in Asia.

  • Manage the relationships with suppliers to ensure full alignment of technologies and products requirements.

  • Identify and drive process improvements.

  • Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives.

  • Support implementation of LEAN initiative at Processors and Suppliers.

  • Coordinate all change management control and ensure suppliers adhere to operating procedures, product specifications & work instructions.

  • Directs external resources / contractors as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Automation or equivalent.

  • About 2-4 years relevant experience in Product, Equipment or Process Engineering in the medical device or equivalent experience in related field, including working in multi-national company.

  • Familiarity with material, product qualification and process validation.

  • Results-driven and take initiative to develop effective solutions to supply chain with active & dynamic mindset.

  • Positive attitude, willing to stress him/herself to achieve more.

  • Able to work with various cultures and travel within Asia in short notice. Sound interpersonal skills.

  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
