How you’ll spend your day

  • Analyze the market trend, provide strong support for the company's operation strategy, formulate and implement the company's business operation strategy, and improve the market share and brand influence of the company's various products

  • Process management: According to the overall strategy of the company, I managed all kinds of Commercial processes as a whole, established mechanisms to monitor, evaluate and analyze the operation system of the process, organized and promoted the continuous optimization of the process, improved the degree of business standardization and standardization, enhanced business efficiency and supported the achievement of business targets

  • Responsible for the development of business KPI, timely identification of problems and early warning, giving improvement suggestions, and promoting the achievement of goals

  • Build a complete operational data analysis framework, establish a sound operational quality management process and system, improve organizational operation efficiency, and realize efficient decision-making and strategy closed-loop

  • Monitor operational data, collect and analyze operational data on a regular basis, adjust strategies in a timely manner, and ensure the stability and sustainability of operations

  • Establish good cooperative relations with internal and external partners

  • Other tasks assigned

Your experience and qualifications

  • Pharmaceutical or medical bachelor degree or above

  • More than 10 years in medical industry, work experience of SFE management and commercial operation management is preferred; Proficient in data analysis, with strong logical thinking

  • Strong planning, organization, implementation, and data analysis skills

  • Strong initiative and achievement drive; Good at communication and guidance, with strong upward and horizontal communication and coordination skills

  • Good command of English expression, writing ability and computer operation skills; be able to skillfully use the Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Canoness expression is preferred
