Job Objective 职位目标 .

  • 在保障安全质量的前提下， 实现生产效率最大化, 保质保量完成当天的生产任务

  • 完成公司业绩指标，包括但不局限于PDR， TDQ， MUV，OEE

  • 第一年：熟悉干粉液体等不同区域的从工单下发到成品交付的各阶段的作业流程及操作技能，能够熟练掌握两个及以上不同车间/产线的岗位技能操作，能够独立带领班组；能够对一些设备进行PM工单的执行；并能够熟练SAP相关的操作；

  • 第二年： 能够协助区域经理做好日常的生产订单/人员管理，流程改善，推广并落实数字化和自动化战略在所在区域的落地实施；第二年下半年能够自主负责改善项目，推动区域的进一步实现关灯运作和流程改善；

岗位要求

  • 大专或以上学历，工业工程、自动化、机电一体、机械或化工相关专业；

  • 熟悉GMP， ISO， HACCP 系统

  • 使用过SAP，MES系统的优先考虑
