  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of COTS technology and its usage in area of specialization

  • Influences vendor(s) in areas of specialty including the content of future product releases and roadmaps

  • Configures and customizes COTS solution for Ford unique needs by engaging other product teams, application protocol (API) development, and external partners.

  • Following standard procedures like CICD to implement the system configuration or changes

  • Carries out application health check and morning to make sure system availability.

  • Taking ownership of systems issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution

  • Support system testing to meet business requirements

  • Support maintenance and operation documents updates.

  • Keeps up to date on technical advancements by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies

  • Prepares reference material for users by drafting operation instructions

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information systems, or related field

• 3+ years

• Experience as IT Development/ Operation support

• Good understanding of IT security and controls and IT security risk management

• Prior experience working on a Helpdesk, in IT, or similar technical function

• Good understanding of CICD, including Jenkins

• Good understanding of GITHUB

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• The ability to communicate technical information in an accessible manner to non-technical employees.
