The Role:

The role of Supply Chain Assistant is mainly in charge of Fengxian site supply chain data maintenance, plan and organize SC activities, manage site office related facilities and coordination with cross functions.

What you will do:

  • Coordinating cross functional KPI dashboard to be maintained timely and accurately on the share folders, and helps to make data analysis with creating performance chart as integration together to management team review at monthly basis.

  • Regularly developing and communicating the SC performance results by either posting them with easy to read and understand, to make it timely delivered to our front line employees of our updated performance results.

  • Plan and organize SC and/or site activities/evens such as Annual Employees communications, Annual Star appraisal and award, monthly OP-EX management meeting, Year Kick-office meeting, small celebration of the regular Chinese festivals and support the company annual dinner activity and other big company events like town hall meeting.

  • Assisting the variety of secretarial and administrative job for China Supply Chain team, which may include but not limit to travel arrangement, meeting agenda , calendar management, expense reimbursement , business cards, invitation letter and visa application etc.

  • Manage the site office related facilities to ensure the current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably and economically.

  • Taking responsibility of managing the 3rd party on site service agencies, including shuttle bus virescence, sanitation, pest prevention, drinking supplies, recyclable waste collection, and so on.

  • Supporting the NPPR handing or purchasing of non-production materials per specific assignment from the requesters.

  • Supporting as contact window to externally local authority departments from I-Park or other department per assigned by the manager.

  • Back up person for China BU admin assistant for most of administration job scope .

  • Other works to be assigned upon the situation and the direct manager, like CFAI.

    What you need to have:

  • University degree ;

  • 2 years working experience. Supply Chain background is preferred;

  • Strong interpersonal relationship, good communication skill and strong service sense;

  • Positive and self-confidence;

  • Good written and verbal in English and Chinese

  • Solid skill in Microsoft Office Tools, word, excel & Power point.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and prioritize work based on the business needs.
