Responsibilities

-Coordinate, Implement and Govern TCM strategic initiatives

-Drive the timely, efficient and successful execution of TCM corporate strategic initiatives across functions

-Closely work with TCM LT, Corporate and business to facilitate smooth communication and effective decision-making

-Generate analysis to support TCM strategies & scenario formulation

-Lead China macro environment analysis throughout the planning cycles

-Design and consolidate business performance tracker by working closely with business unitsDevelop future market scenarios, formulate strategic options, innovate go-to-market models & implication on TCM

-Facilitate and Support leadership and team communication

-Foster an environment of unity and purpose by coordinating the efforts of TCM LT and ensuring aligned executive vision, via governing LT meetings, LT offsite meetings and/or other LT communication formats

-Facilitate or support important executive-level visits to TCM

-Monitor, Analyze and Identify market trends to derive organic and/or inorganic opportunities for TCM

-Identify key partnership trends in core business (Human Pharma, Animal Health, Bio)

-Scout potential partnership opportunities at TCM corporate-level to support strategy

Qualifications

-College education (Bachelor's degree) or equivalent

-Top-tier university degree, preferably in scientific subjects (biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, etc.) or in analytical concentrations (higher-level mathematics, economics, finance, computer science); Advanced degree (Master’s, MBA) preferred.

-Excellent oral and written English

-Excellent working attitude and values; strong leadership but with collaborative mindset

-Solid data analytical, excel modeling, PowerPoint and presentation skills

-At least 7 years of working experience, with 3+ years of management consulting within a global consulting firm (preferably focused on life science, healthcare, animal health) or in strategic planning or business develop with a top Pharmaceutical / Animal Health company in China. Strategic planning, and/or other analytical experience required
