Job Responsibility:

  • Work with quality department to analyze quality issues and find out the root cause of production problems.

  • Research and develop the tools, machines and equipment for manufacturing.

  • Integrate the facilities and systems for producing quality products with proper expenditure.

  • Lead trial production, coordinate with R&D, quality and logistics departments.

  • Responsible for new product introduction and mass production coordination.

  • Cooperate with industrial engineer to improve production layout and material and information flow.

  • Monitor and keep the major KPIs of shop floor to continuous improvement.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree, major in mechanical engineering or equivalent.

  • At least 5 years working experience of manufacturing engineer.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

  • Quality awareness and basic quality tools application including data analysis and problem solving, e.g. 8D-Process, Product Safety, FMEA-Process, IPS, Quality assurance (SPC; Gage R&R).

  • Have a good command of lean tools: Structure problem solving tools (for example: A3), VSM/Process Mapping, Standardization & Visualization, JIT, Zero Defect, LCD (Lean Cell Design),TPM,etc.

  • Have lean awareness and know basic lean method: e.g. 7 wastes,53, Process Mapping.

  • Proficient in working software SAP, UG, AutoCAD.

  • Quality awareness based on ISO 9001 requirement.

  • Understand and be able to use a variety of quality control related tools, understand the quality, environment and safety system requirements.
