The role.
• Responsible for the IT application, including BPM, Less-coding APP, RDA/RPA, etc.
• Develop and implement BPM flow according to business demand, achieve process automation and efficiency improvement.
• Responsible for deploying the BPM system to ensure efficient and stable operation of the system.
• Participate in demand analysis for less-coding project, undertake coding work, and ensure project progress and quality.
• Develop and deploy RPA/RDA based on automation design demands using RPA development tools to solve repetitive and large-scale software operations for end-users.
• Prepare the documents for project implementation, continuously summarize project implementation experience, form project knowledge documents, and internal knowledge sharing.
• Provide daily support to users after IT application systems go live.
• New digitization tool introduction and keep CIP.
• Other tasks assigned when needed.
Your profile.
• Good knowledge of basic web development technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Ajax, XML, etc.
• Good knowledge of Web Service and Tomcat middleware
• Good knowledge of relational database theory, with experience in developing databases such as SQL Server and Oracle
• Familiar with concepts of BPM workflow and relevant theories
• Bachelor’s degree in computer technology or related field
• Good knowledge of business processes
• Good communication with end users
• Good at learning, good at solving problems and fearless of challenges
• Project management experience
