Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • This job involves analyzing procurement data for all of APAC, requiring analysis of current spend, suppliers, lead time, and payment terms based on different countries, divisions, and categories. It also involves identifying issues from top spend and abnormal spend suppliers, and making recommendations to provide mentorship to procurement CM for strategic analysis. It requires financial knowledge, keen data analysis skills, and coding abilities in Business Intelligence (BI). It will play a guiding role in APAC Indirect compliance and supply to savings.

  • Be familiar with Python, SQL, or R, know how to build report via PowerBI

  • Logic knowledge on Report, could clean up all data from difference ERP (eg, SAP, Oracle)

  • Have finance analysis knowledge, will use the DuPont analysis method to analyze the procurement's PO, payment terms, PR, lead time, and abnormal spending.

  • Understand IT infrastructure required for the existence, operation and management of an enterprise IT environment.

  • To work in a way that proactively engages the support of partners using problem solving and proactive social skills to deal with potentially difficult situations and conversation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree and above, degree related with IT infrastructure, computer science, or finance will be preferred

  • Good negotiator, logic thinking, communicator and influence.

  • Supply Chain or Procurement knowledge is a plus.

  • Very fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
