Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Support the develop of new process/product; design and operate daily lab experiments under guidance, as well as data analyzing and documentation

  • Support material characterization and product testing

  • Identify and implement improvements to the existing process and testing procedure

  • Propose new ideas to key technical challenges; able to validate and implement the solution

Education & Experience

  • BS degree in 1) chemistry 2) organic material

  • 1-2 years working experience

Required Skills

  • Ability to follow all safety rules and policies and promote a safe workplace

  • Good hands on experience on chemical/coating experiments, equipment operation and maintenance

  • Ability to execute experiments according to high level objective and limited guidance, perform the experiments efficiently and accurately, as well as data analyzing and document

  • Be familiar with Office tools (excel, PPT etc.)

Desired Skills

  • Communication skills in both English and Chinese

  • Experience in multi-national company or research institute preferred.
