主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities :

负责设备操作与管理：
Responsible for equipment operation and management：
按照安全和质量标准作业规范，对多条生产线设备或某个工作区的生产设备进行操作、日常点检等工作，确保设备正常运行；
In accordance with safety and quality standard operating procedures, perform operations, daily inspections, etc. on multiple equipment lines or a certain work area to ensure normal operation of the equipment;
对生产过程中的设备故障进行及时处理，遇到无法解决的问题及时汇报，协助工程部完成设备故障的排查与修复，保证设备运行效率。
Deal with equipment failures during the production process in a timely manner, report problems that cannot be solved in a timely manner, and assist the engineering department to complete the troubleshooting and repair of equipment failures to ensure equipment operation efficiency.
成为至少一种设备的技术专家，配合工程部门，参与设备的维修保养工作，主动参与设备改善活动。
Become a technical expert on at least one type of equipment, cooperate with the engineering department, participate in equipment repair and maintenance, and actively participate in equipment improvement activities.
负责产品质量管理：按照质量标准作业规范，确保使用正确的物料，生产出合格的成品。
Responsible for product quality: follow quality standard operating procedures to ensure the use of correct materials and produce qualified finished products.
负责生产过程中所有记录的填写，包括质量，安全，设备维保等记录，确保记录完整、真实、准确、及时。
Responsible for filling in all records during the production process, including quality, safety, equipment maintenance, etc., ensuring that the records are complete, authentic, accurate, and timely.
负责所管辖区域内的环境卫生和5S工作，确保工作场所整洁有序。
Responsible for environmental hygiene and 5S in the area under their responsibility, ensuring a clean and orderly workplace.
协助组长进行产线人员安排和管理（包含纪律，安全，质量合规操作等各方面培训和管理），确保生产计划的顺利实施。
Assist the line leader in arranging and managing the employees (including training and management in various aspects such as discipline, safety, quality compliance operations, etc.), ensuring the smooth implementation of production plans.
主要指标：熟练掌握设备操作和调机技能，产量，HPU，OEE等指标均达到各自设定的目标要求。
Main target：Master equipment operation and adjustment skills, and achieve the target requirements for production, HPU, OEE and others.
完成组长委派的其他各项工作，组长不在时代理组长处理相关事务。
Complete other tasks assigned by the Line leader, and handle related matters on behalf of the team leader when the team leader is absent.
任职条件 Qualifications :
个人信息符合招聘条件，且是真实有效的。

高中或中专及以上学历。
High school degree or Secondary vocational school education or above.
2年以上生产线设备操作管理经验，有设备维修维保经验者优先，机械，数控，电气等相关专业者优先。
At least 2 years of experience in production line equipment operation and management, with equipment maintenance experience preferred, Mechanical, numerical control, electrical and other related majors are preferred.
电脑应用：掌握电脑基本操作；熟悉办公软件(Word/Excel)，并愿意继续学习。
Computer Skill: Master basic computer operations; familiar with office software (Word/Excel), and willing to continue learning.
- 英语能力：经过培训能够应用简单词汇及工作相关的缩写。具备口语或写作能力者优先。
English Skill: be able to understand and apply simple vocabulary and work-related abbreviations after training. Those with oral or writing skills are preferred.
- 其它能力：有一定写作能力，能够撰写生产作业相关文件；强大的执行力，责任心；良好的沟通能力；具备组织管理和协调能力。
Able to write operation-related documents; strong execution ability, sense of responsibility; good communication skills; have organizational management and coordination skills.
