Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for development and delivery of sourcing and contracting strategies across the MARCOM category and sub-category and suppliers which delivery best in market and innovative solutions for the business

  • Accountable for the delivery of all sourcing activity, including supplier negotiations and contracting

  • Proactively support all commercial aspects of implementation, including on-boarding and exit of suppliers, change management requests and ongoing supplier management issues and disputes

  • To work in a way that positively engages the support of stakeholders using problem solving and proactive communication skills to deal with potentially difficult situations and conversation

  • Combine BU and Central MARCOM business together, to contribute more productivity for procurement

  • Understand MARCOM event business, fully compliance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree and above, more than 5 years indirect sourcing experience, MARCOM category will be highly preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage a variety of complex procurement contracts

  • Working under pressure with many urgent case

  • Excellent negotiator, communicator and influence

  • Experience leading procurement activities and souring strategic across a variety of spend areas
