工作职责：

参与BAS系统的前端应用开发，包括桌面 Web 端、移动 Web 端、为企业用户及客户提供优质的产品服务和极致体验.

职位要求：

  1. 本科及以上学历，软件工程、计算机、通信等相关专业, 5年以上前端工作经验.

  2. 掌握 JavaScript、HTML、CSS 等原生前端基础技术；熟悉 Web 前端技术，精通Vue/React等框架，精通Redux/Vuex/dva或其它主流状态管理框架，有复杂应用（大型SPA）开发经验.

  3. 了解不同浏览器平台的特性，能够很好地解决兼容问题，具备良好的 UI 交互实现能力.

  4. 理解工程化思想，对构建和持续集成有较多实践；熟悉 Webpack/Vite 或其他代码打包、构建工具的配置及使用.

  5. 对用户体验、交互操作及用户需求分析等有一定了解，有产品或界面设计经验者优先.

  6. 有全栈产品开发、完整体验优化升级经验者优先.
