What you’ll do:

  • Lead mechanical design of new products for ELXD & develop manufacturing process meeting cost and quality target.

  • Lead and perform detailed mechanical part and assembly design for Electronics products utilizing SolidWorks.

  • Lead the package design and performance review for ELXD NPD & Buy-Sell, and support package related VAVE, Cost saving, localization, etc.

  • Conduct analysis of tolerance stacks to ensure efficient assembly and reliable product performance (GD&T)

  • Analyze mechanical, performance, and manufacturability using statistical methods and define optimum product design within cost, time and quality target.

  • Prepare for and participate in formal and informal design review activities, and generate product design reports and effectively communicate the expectation, progress, change management, and result to the project team and stake holders in timely manner.

  • Cooperate with suppliers and engineering partners to deliver external development projects.

  • Interface with and provide technical support for customers, plant, quality, and supplier personnel.

  • Provide ME supports to maintain the changes of the existing products.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates with master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related.

  • OR Minimum 3 years of mechanical design experiences in electrical or electronics or package.

  • 3D modeling, Package design, GD&T, DFSS, Excellent oral & written communication.

  • Project management, SPQ, presentation skill, electro-mechanical knowledge.
