工作职责 Responsibilities:

  • 50% General Manager Assistant

  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including sending invitations, reserving meeting spaces, preparing agendas, and distributing relevant materials and take minutes and follow up on action items.

  • Calendar Management: Management GM’s schedule, coordinating meetings, appointments, and events. Ensure that time is optimized and that commitments align with priorities.

  • Event Coordination: Coordinate with other functions to organizing corporate events, conferences, and other gatherings, ensuring smooth execution.

  • Document Preparation: draft, proofread, and edit various documents, reports, presentations, correspondence and Ensure that materials are well-prepared and in high quality.

  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, creating detailed itineraries and completing expense report.

  • Communication Handling: Screen and manage phone calls, and messages. This includes responding to routine inquiries, redirecting important communications, and relaying urgent matters.

  • Research and Data Analysis: Conduct research on various topics, compile data, and prepare reports or summaries to assist GM in making decisions.

  • Stakeholder Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, relaying information, addressing inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships.

  • Confidentiality: Handling sensitive and confidential information is a crucial aspect of their role. Maintain discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters.

  • 50% Marketing Specialist

  • Responsible for creating and follow up of digital marketing activities, including the management of regional website maintenance, WeChat 、 Douyin 、 Zhihu 、 Baidu SEM and other social media operation.

  • Provide WeChat communication contents with minimal rely on external resources.

  • Responsible for communication with headquarters, optimize official website for SEO, including ICP, website certification, enterprise certification.

  • Implement Social listening activities – manage dashboard and monitor KPI’s such as website traffic, customer base, share of voice, sentiment etc.

  • Responsible for creating internal newsletters monthly.

  • Monitor the design and production of marketing materials/leaflet/giveaway; be responsible for the distribution and storage management.

  • Monitor and update the internal document database on shared disk, keep the local shared folder update with the change of company SharePoint.

  • Prepare the corporate & product PPT, customer case sharing, video and other marketing tools to support the Sales activities.

  • Create and manage customer case picture folder for sharing.

  • Assist in VI Guideline complying work.

  • Product marketing support.

  • Responsibly handle routine department administrative work.

  • Assist in organizing and handling of offline marketing activities, including exhibition, seminar etc.

  • English: workable.

  • University degree, major in marketing, advertising, communication, journalism or English is preferred.

  • At least 3years in marketing experience.

  • Experience in front and back of website.

  • Good skill at writing and photography.

  • Good at paper work and documentation.

  • Familiar with relevant software, including AI, PS, Indesign etc.

  • Able to pay close attention to details.

  • Willing to support and command good team spirit.

  • Capable for cross-functional work.
