This is an exciting opportunity to help define and execute a new worldwide partner ecosystem strategy in a growing, fast-paced, environment, and have an impact on millions of businesses in Amazon’s store.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven record of accomplishment building or growing a partner ecosystem with independent software vendors (ISVs) and/or service providers such as consultancies, managed service providers, and system integrators. The candidate will have a keen ability to convey and deliver compelling value propositions, technical integration methods, go-to-market motions, and value-exchange mechanisms to senior leaders (CxO/VP) externally. Lastly, the candidate understands how to build deep, trusted, relationships with partners to align and execute on shared goals that generate joint success.

• Initiate, develop, and oversee relationships with our most-strategic partners and our executive sponsors.

• Understand the needs of our Selling Partners and provide support in influencing or growing our Partner Network to address those needs.

• Work with internal and external cross functional teams and provide support in creating and executing on strategic partner business plans, inclusive of enablement, practice development, and co-marketing.

• Drive results through business reviews to manage progress against a business plan.

• Provide support in developing and executing plans to drive awareness, adoption, and usage of our Partner Network.

• Implement programmatic mechanisms with key internal stakeholders that will allow us to operate at scale.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience

  • 7+ years of sales, inside sales, or business development experience

  • Experience building and hiring a sales team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing efficient and scalable sales operations processes

  • Experience defining sales tech requirements for a CRM such as Salesforce
