工作职责:

  • 与客户和业务团队保持紧密沟通，对涉及IT技术的需求进行发掘、分析、传达和确认

  • 梳理业务流程，搭建业务能力和数字化能力之间的沟通桥梁

  • 协助项目经理，推动项目进行，并配合协调内外部实施团队的开发质量及进度，保障项目顺利交付

  • 推荐问题的解决方案，满足客户和业务团队需求，实现组织的目标

任职要求:

  • 2024年本科及以上学历的应届毕业生

  • 乐于接受挑战，具备良好的逻辑思维，分析和解决问题的能力，有志于从事IT咨询行业

  • 计算机科学，应用数学，软件工程，信息技术/系统，通信工程，电子信息等IT及理工科相关专业

  • 熟悉或了解微软技术（.NET Framework/ C#/ ASP.NET/ SQL Server/ JavaScript/JQuery/ WebAPI）者优先考虑

  • 可全程参加整个实习生项目（3-6个月），一周可工作4-5天者优先考虑

  • 拥有良好的外语运用能力
