The internship is an official program providing practical experience for undergraduates or fresh graduates interested in the Hospitality industry, gaining knowledge and experience in Brand Management, understanding the different brands and functions in turn to ensure the efficiency and success. This role is responsible for supporting the Brand Management of Focused Service brands.

What will I be doing?

As an Intern, Focused Service Brands Brand Management you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

· Assist with project management responsibilities and integration, including overall project planning with timeline tracking, documents consolidation and integration, meeting arrangement, etc.

· Explore and collect competitors’ and partners’ news and to conduct monthly reports with confirmed comp set list.

· Digital savvy and strong in simple coding and development for H5 or internal process/dashboard could be preferred.

· Provide administrative support to team’s routine report collection and various hotel visiting in Asia Pacific, e.g. itinerary draft, car rental, etc.

· Participate and support in the regular team meetings, and virtual meetings for meeting minutes and key priorities tracking.

· Self-study of learning courses on Hilton University.

· To enhance the office culture by contributing and impacting team member engagement through initiatives, event planning and project management.
