Job Description

Job Title: Integrated digital marketing supervisor

This integrated digital marketing supervisor will be a member of customer demands generation team. This position will focus on both ThermoFisher E-commerce Revenue growth and drive leads generation via campaign & integrated digital marketing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative and impactful user interactive campaigns that effectively communicate the value of Thermo Fisher brand and products, aligning with specific business objectives.

  • Cooperate with division marketing to formulate comprehensive online products promotion collaboration plan and a clear performance tracking mechanism.

  • Closely work with digital channels to deliver clear campaign messages and engage target customers effectively.

  • Utilize tools, data analysis, and personal industry knowledge to quick understand business, and provide valuable insights for business improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master or above degree in life science and healthcare.

  • Work independently with strong ownership.

  • Proven rapid learning ,excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bio-tech, bio-pharma, CRO/CDMO working backgrounds.

  • 2-3 years’ marketing, sales or technical working experience.

  • Initiative, self-motivated, open minded and detail oriented.
