We are looking for an hands-on E-Commerce Associate based in Shanghai, to manage day to day operations for our CN Operations. Our team is responsible for running and growing an innovative and global project that helps Amazon improves its customers experience.
E-Commerce Associate will manage and be responsible for performance metrics, market research, working with vendors, solving issues, establishing and following SOPs, and improving our processes. The candidate will need to roll up sleeves, wear many hats and solve or escalate issues, even those which are outside the immediate scope. The candidate will communicate and coordinate with the team globally to drive efficiency, process standardization and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will take ownership for activities / deliverables assigned and will be involved in idea generation, analyzing and recommending business decisions, as well as strategic planning. Successful candidates will have an entrepreneurial spirit, flexibility to perform a variety of tasks, customer obsessed, great team ethic, communication skills, and the drive and motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities
End to end ownership of the operational activities of the project assigned
Responsible for maintaining and improving our key performance metrics
Managing account and vendor relationships on a day to day basis
Solve issues and conduct activities based on SOPs and escalate any urgent or repeating problems to help the team identify a solution
Build and analyze reports to help decision making
Liaising with various internal teams to drive process improvement and operational excellence

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of working experience
Bachelor or Master’s degree in a business, engineering, operations or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
Preferred Qualifications
Market research, customer experience and data analysis skills.
Track record of delivering results in a highly ambiguous environment
Start up or Entrepreneurship experience.
