Amazon Digital Marketing Manager, CNGS MKT Lifecycle in Shanghai, China

Description

We are looking for a passionate digital marketing manager to turn the insights of SP journey and obstacles into actionable go-to-market plan, with focus on digital and social contents creation and management. In this role, you will develop the most efficient communication strategy and contents, and co-work with the broader MKT team and business team to maximize impact during SP’ lifecycle.

Key job responsibilities

• Dive Deep into Sellers’ insights, identify opportunities to assist SP overcome obstacles;

• Own and create marketing content (Prospects nurturing contents, Wechat contents, videos, live-broadcasting, etc.) for new SP engagement and education;

• Collect Seller insights to optimize process/program offerings;

• Set up marketing input and output goals, design and track marketing metrics and always seeking ways to improve;

• Communicate with program key stakeholders as MKT channel owner, Product manager and business team, etc.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs

  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
