Digital Luxury Group, DLG Digital Account Manager 数字客户经理 in Shanghai, China

As Digital Account Manager at DLG (Digital Luxury Group), your role will be to design, plan and coordinate the execution of unique digital marketing strategies in the fields of Social Media, E-commerce and Social CRM in China.  

 

In this role you will:

  • Act as the key contact person for the client at DLG, carrying out daily, ongoing relationship management

  • Be a part of a leading agency in the luxury industry, with an international presence and environment (local and overseas offices, with international profiles)

  • Lead the social media communication strategies for a range of leading luxury brands in China

    RESPONSIBILITIES

     

  • Under the guidance of Account Director, prepare a proper brief and objectives based on client’s requirements

  • Lead brainstorming sessions and meetings, with the ability to communicate and present confidently as well as collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Under the guidance of Account Director, manage social campaigns from ideation to planning to execution

  • Participate in the review, selection and management of local partners, equipping DLG with a local network for ongoing and future success

  • Provide support in the new business pitches regarding strategic consulting, marketing research and consumer insights to further develop the DLG business

  • Oversee the development of monthly performance reports for clients, with clear analysis and optimising strategies recommended

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

     

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • 3-5 years’ relevant experience in social/ digital agencies, experience in luxury/ lifestyle accounts preferred

  • Multi-task, ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Proven track recording of managing client expectations effectively, experience in growing client business is a plus

  • Fluency in Chinese, written and oral proficiency in English

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
