ThermoFisher Scientific Credit Analyst III in Shanghai, China
Job Description
Customer credit assessment and review for credit term including payment term & credit limit.
Handle order release applications based on approval matrix, analyze customer including customer background investigation and financial statement analysis.
Provide pro-active support on business growth meanwhile supervise and control credit risk exposure to maintain balance between each other.
Make accurate & timely analysis & reporting on Credit & AR with no auditing issue found.
Establish effective cross function, business communication channel to better understand requirement & expectation from commercial & other functional team.
Assist manager on team development plan for different band level and coach members to form common team value, improve on working way & professional skill.
Keep reducing AR, DSO, defer AR, bad debt reservation & improve Company cash flow with creative solution.
Continuous improvement on working efficiency and mitigate business risk.
Education
Bachelor degree, major not limited, finance related is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
At least 6 years MNC or large local firm credit control related job experience.
Solid data analysis skill, proficient on Excel.
Basic English skill, especially on reading and written.
Have ERP system use experience such as SAP, E-One.
Can work under pressure and support on team member.
