Job Description

Formulate clinical development plans for the target accounts to be communicated and reviewed with the AMI manager and FA BU partner. Work with AMI manager to determine clinical needs of customers and provide clinical facilitation accordingly. 20% Work with Product Specialists during in house training events to develop their expertise in how to coach customers in patient consultation skills. Encourage the appropriate and effective use of Allergan products by customers. 20% Maintain a high level of service through reliable and timely follow-up after any interaction with customers and Allergan medical trainers. Attendance at industry conferences & Allergan Medical Institute meetings to engage with customers, develop and upskill yourself. 30% Ability to guide a group to acquire skills, make decisions or complete tasks by facilitating group communication, using interpersonal skills and influence strategies to build relationships. Provide expert advice to colleagues within the organization based on knowledge gained from professional experience or training. 20% Work co-operatively with others to accomplish group goals through communicating clearly, sharing information, involving team members in decisions and demonstrating commitment to the team. 10%

Qualifications

Education and Experience 1.Bachelor degree or above in clinical medicine 2.More than 3 years working experience in medical related affairs or fresh graduate of master degree above in clinical medicine with outstanding medical background Essential Skills and Abilities 1.Excellent task execution with good accountability 2.Good presentation and training skills 3.Fast learning ability 4.Good teamwork and written/verbal communication skills 5.Good English both in oral and writing
