UL, LLC Client Services Supervisor 客服主管_宁波 in Shanghai, China

  • Coordinates the activities of direct reports to enhance communication, eliminate redundant efforts and to view opportunities to consolidate client services efforts.

  • Organizes and coordinates assigned client account work in a timely and profitable manner.

  • Prepares client proposals, report, specifications, technical information, etc.

  • Provides technical consulting services to clients.

  • Follows up on inquiry calls; respond to specific client inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Participates in trade shows and technical conferences.

  • Works with business support to bill clients in a timely, concise and profitable manner.

  • Provides technical support to in house employees as required.

  • Maintains up to date knowledge of regulations and product expertise and utilize that knowledge to develop new business with clients.

  • Develops a competent team by overseeing the selection, development and training of team members.

  • Maintains an awareness of employee morale and institutes appropriate employee-relations activities.

  • Maintains an employee/team contingency and succession plan.

  • Manages the performance of team members.

  • Defines accountabilities.

  • Establishes performance objectives.

  • Establishes employee/team performance measures and goals in support of the global vision.

  • Provides career counseling, feedback and guidance.

  • Ensures understanding of and compliance with all established policies and requirements.

  • Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.

  • Performs other duties as directed.

Job Duties and Responsibility:

Contact the client and feedback on their enquiry, help client settle any problem positively.

Review test application form and arrange test assignment timely

Prepare the quotation and send it to client.

Maintain/update client documentation or record if need.

In charge of the internal and outside subcontract job.

Trace report issue date for each order to avoid result release late.

Update related client’s system timely & correctly.

Maintain existing client business, and work with sales to win the new business.

Train new staff and manage the own team.

Perform any duties assigned by Manager.

Job Requirement:

College degree or above

CET-4 or equivalent at least,be fluent in listening, speaking and reading English

At least 5-year experience in customer service function of testing, softline testing background is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Can work independently and efficiently & work under pressure

职位要求:

大学本科或以上学历

要求CET-4或同等及以上英语能力 , 英语听说读流利。

在其他检验公司拥有至少5年客户服务工作, 有纺织背景经验者优先

尊重并维护公司形象,名声及利益

勤奋,自主,拥有强烈团队精神

具备良好的交流能力,妥善处理人际关系

面对压力能独立高效地完成工作

  • General degree or equivalent, preferably in Technical/Engineering Discipline plus generally six years of related experience.

  • Familiarity with government agencies and regulations as they apply.

  • Willing and able to travel on occasion.

  • Ability to solicit feedback and create buy-in on future client services initiatives.

  • Ability to motivate others in support of client service initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to keep multiple projects on schedule.

  • Demonstrated computer literacy and ability to use company databases.

  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully interface with customers of all levels.
