GENERATL SUMMARY:

与相关业务部门的渠道经销商协作，深化合作伙伴关系，协助渠道经销商了解公司的政策要求和业绩成长要求。确保经销商合作伙伴在有序、公开和透明的政策制度下进行发展，做到诚信合规。
ROLE AND RESPONSEIBILITY:
渠道业绩分析及报告：针对渠道经销商业绩、行为、市场覆盖以及预测等分析报告；
渠道合作白皮书更新与管理，渠道管理政策的落实；
渠道电子平台的日常运营和维护：确保渠道信息及时更新，数据准确；
多部门沟通协作，执行渠道年度协议流程并确保按时且高质量完成签订工作；
管理企业微信渠道运营，不断探索、优化新功能新方式，提升渠道沟通效率，促进业务发展；
参与渠道相关系统的功能开发与升级：与不同部门对接明确需求，升级方案流程，协助测试等；
组织协调中小型合作伙伴会议等渠道活动，深化与代理商的合作伙伴关系；
其他安排执行的相关工作内容。
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 大学本科学历， 3 年及以上渠道、销售助理、或市场分析相关工作经验；
• 耐心细致，对数据敏感，能从数据分析中发现问题，并寻找问题原因；
• 熟练操作 Office 软件， Excel 运用熟练；
• 清晰的沟通能力，良好的协调能力和执行力；
• 英文熟练；
• 接受 10% 的出差频率。
