Amazon Marketplace Paid Service's mission is to be the preferred choice and trusted partner for Sellers in marrying Amazon solutions across multiple key domains with their growth trajectory, and the frontier in understanding Seller needs to help Amazon global products and services become better and scale to more Sellers.

We are seeking a talented, insightful, and proven successful Program Manager to support Global Selling team in Asia, with stakeholder teams worldwide across various functions. The ideal candidate should be strong in analytical skills, structural thinking, can identify solutions that drive big and long-term impact and influence stakeholders to see the solutions through.

Above all, they should demonstrate a high level of ownership, as they would contribute to Selling Partner experience on the Amazon platform.

Key job responsibilities

  • Improve Selling Partners satisfaction with Paid Service issue resolution based on in-depth, data-driven analysis.

  • Design, develop, and track the effectiveness of offerings that meet the needs of Selling Partners, continuously validating and improving their experience and business growth.

  • Independently drive projects from end to end to deliver results, working with multiple stakeholders.

  • Identify, assess, and improve the optimal cost to serve in order to ensure profitability and sustainability while meeting Selling Partners requirements.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationship and trust with stakeholders across function to seek collaboration, gain support and provide updates

  • Operates in an autonomous fashion and seeks leadership input / guidance on decisions impacting the broader business.

Basic Qualifications

- - 5-8 years’ experience in Sales Operation/Program management, or Consulting

- - Ability to deal with ambiguity, to breakdown complex issue structurally, and to dive deep independently on broad scope issues

- - Superior analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to acquire/interpret data and make business recommendations

- - Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment, to lead by influence and earn trust at all levels

- - Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills in Chinese and English

Preferred Qualifications

- - Individuals with demonstrated ability to project manage, influence, and succeed across a multi-dimensional large internal organization are preferred.

- - MBA from top tier school

- - Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
