MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Participate in the Migration of processes and services to the regional shared service organization

  2. Coordinate the disbursement activities for shared services

  3. Ensure that all transactions are prepared in accordance to local Compliance governance.

  4. Support & be the point of contact for the local business units and stakeholders

  5. Perform full payables functions within the defined process standards.

  6. Assist the AP Supervisor in developing and reviewing scorecard results for Accounts Payable in the region.

  7. Ensure integrity of internal controls, in partnership with the compliance team

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor Degree in Business or Accounting

  2. Written and verbal English and Korea fluency

  3. 1 plus years of AP experience inclusive of all aspects of Accounts Payable and Travel and Entertainment in a pharma industry is preferred

  4. Prior recent experience working in a captive SSC environment preferred. Experience in transition project participation is an advantage.

  5. Prior experiences in AP process of regional countries outside of China, especially Korean and Japanese is much preferred.

  6. Strong ability to interact with internal and external parties at various levels

  7. Attentive to detail with a propensity for continuous improvement

  8. Better have hands on SAP experiences in AP module
