Central Susquehanna Opportunities, Inc. (CSO) has an open position for a full-time Community Action Agency Supervisor.  Provides daily oversight for implementation of Community Action program; including implementing appropriate policies, utilizing knowledge of state and federal guidelines, local labor market trends and needs of various target groups.  Oversees performance of work duties, schedules work assignments, evaluates performance, approve time and leave. Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred or combination of education and experience, which indicates possession of skills, knowledge and abilities listed above.  3-5 years' experience working with governmentally funded programs, and significant supervisory experience required.
