Victory Treatment Group is a 30-bed inpatient halfway house for adult men who suffer from substance use disorder. Victory Treatment Group's goal is to provide care to clients that is individualized to their specific needs. As a resident manager, you will be a support for individuals who are on their way through early recovery. Our team's goal is to provide each client with the tools necessary to leave our center and have the best path possible through their sobriety as they fully reintegrate into the community.

Job Duties

  • Being on site to maintain a safe and healthy environment for staff and clients.
  • Observe and conduct urine drug samples and BAC.
  • Notify clinical staff of any client concerns.
  • Facilitate educational groups.
  • Clear communication with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Report maintenance or vehicle problems to supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Maintain appropriate boundaries and ethical behavior with clients, families, and     other professionals.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or other management.
  • Drive and chaperone clients to appointments and meetings
  • Show up to work on time, dressed appropriately (business casual) and with an attitude of helpfulness.
  • Ensures admission and intake procedures are accurately followed.
  • Ensure all medications are properly and accurately logged upon admission.
  • Ensure all medications are properly and accurately logged and returned upon discharge.
  • Be able to monitor daily med passes.
  • Work as a team to efficiently conduct all daily operations.
  • Regularly check client rooms for contraband.
  • Be vigilant with facility rounds.
  • Write detailed, concise group notes following the provided DAP template.

Requirements

  • Valid PA driver's license
  • Highschool diploma or GED
