Bellefaire JCB Child, Adolescent & Family Therapist in Shaker Heights, Ohio

The starting salary for this role is $62,400. This role is eligible for additional compensation and bonuses up to $7,000.

Bellefaire JCB is looking for talented clinicians to join its Intensive Home Based Treatment (IHBT) Team.  Operating in partnership with the Center for Innovative Practices at Case Western Reserve University, Bellefaire’s team of Child, Adolescent & Family Therapists provide an evidenced-based approach to treating youth and their families, which has yielded some of the best outcomes in the state year-over-year. As a Child, Adolescent & Family Therapist, you will provide model-driven assessments, individual and family counseling/psychotherapy, and case management services to youth, their families, and other stakeholders, including: community organizations, schools, health and social service professionals, the justice system, and other agencies involved with the client.  There is a productivity target for billable service each week and services take place in the home and community. Evening and/or weekend hours are needed to accommodate our families.

Qualifications:

  • A Master’s Degree is required

  • Valid Ohio License in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required (LSW, LPC, LMFT)

  • A Candidate with Independent Licensure is preferred, but not required (LISW, LPCC, IMFT)
