Job Description:
Achieve monthly and cumulative ISE revenue plan
Engage daily prospecting call to win business from existing inactive customer as well as new customer.
Promote UPS shipping systems to all UPS customers.
Proactively address customer concern and timely complaint closure to minimize customer turnover.
Compliance to all record update in UPS systems on daily and weekly basis.
All other job responsibilities as directed by Sales supervisor and Sales Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma qualification
At least 1 year experience in the similar capacity
Good telephone skills
Selling, negotiation, interpersonal & communications skills
Total commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction
Computer literate
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
