Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner
  • Process payments and follow up on overdue accounts
  • Reconcile financial statements and ensure accuracy
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  • Prepare and submit tax documents as required
  • Generate and send quotes to clients
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Assist in other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
