Job Description:

As the Home-Based Family Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of dedicated staff providing in-home therapeutic services to families in need. You will play a crucial role in coordinating and supervising the delivery of effective therapeutic interventions, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our clients. This position actively delivers clinical level services to families enrolled in the program.

Home-Based Family Services Program:

Our program is designed to:

By providing therapy in the home setting, we aim to strengthen family relationships and enhance overall well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or related field.
  • Licensed or license-eligible as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including supervision of staff.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions for families.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to cultural competency and providing culturally responsive services.
