Summary:

Play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction of The Fish Peddler. Prepare food for service and ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion. Conduct seafood counter sales, stocking and other market duties as needed. Responsible for product and menu knowledge, quality control and building relationships with store customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food for service.
  • Demonstrate detailed expertise of cooking and holding requirements for products offered.
  • Prepare all menu items for service.
  • Comply sanitation regulations and safety standards.
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with team members.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:

Required

  • High school Diploma or GED

Preferred

  • One or more years of experience in the preparation and cooking oproducts.
  • Food handler's card.
  • Effective communication skills

Salary:$18.06 Hourly
