Your Role

As our contracts continue to expand, we’re excited to welcome an administrator to our existing team. In this dynamic role, you’ll provide dedicated support to our operations managers and site general manager.

With the autonomy to shape your own day, this role provides you with the ability to work on a hybrid basis to delivery your tasks.

Your Responsibilities

  • Utilising administration skills to provide dedicated support across 3 site locations.

  • Collaborate closely with Operations managers and site General manager to efficiently handle any key administrative tasks

  • Attend meetings (via Teams or in person) to capture detailed minutes and develop action plans for efficient task allocation

  • Responsible for ordering equipment and supplies as required by the business

  • Monitor and managing any change requests together with supporting on any project work.

  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations as required along with creating and maintaining data in Word and Excel.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Ideally you will have a proven background within administration.

  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload

  • Flexible and adaptable approach coupled with a high standard of communication skills, able to liaise effectively at all levels

  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
