BASIC FUNCTION:All duties related to the installation of residential and commercial insulation.Experience is a must!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Installs batts of insulation in walls and ceilings
  • Performs prep work including foam and caulk, fireproofing, baffles, wind tunnels, stuffing windows, filling joist spaces, etc.
  • Installs blown-in and/or spray in insulation
  • Installs poly or other vapor barriers
  • Responsible for loading, unloading, safety checks, and basic maintenance and care of trucks
  • Assists as needed in warehouse, including stocking, inventory counts, and unloading
  • Completes required paperwork which includes: 1) time worked, 2) footage installed, 3) material loaded on truck, 4) material used, 5) material returned to inventory
  • Maintains cleanliness of warehouse in accordance with Tindell's safety and administrative policies

LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION:

Valid driver's license with F endorsement

Must be able to pass D.O.T. Physical and drug screen

Clean MVR

Insurability for driving

$15/hr. base pay /.10 cents per sq. ft. on Batt and .8 cents per sq. ft. on Blow.
