Insight Global TS/SCI W/ Poly ISSE in Severn, Maryland
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a fully cleared ISSE to sit fully onsite in Columbia, MD. This individual will be responsible for providing recommendations on the design, development, implementation, and integration of IA architectures and systems. They will ensure that measures are put into place for the systems to be secure and fitting to federal policy. This person will be very collaborative both with the internal team and government customers, so communication is essential.
Compensation:
$100/hr to $140/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
ISSE Senior:
- 14 years of related experience
o Understanding of various security principals such as PKI, access control, authorization, network and enterprise security
o 2 years to include experience applying security risk assessment methodology to system development
- Understanding of RMF steps 1-3
- Familiarity with both Linux and Windows systems
- Ability to work well with other members of the team as well as government customers
- IASAE LEVEL III
- Knowledge of federal Information Security regulations and policy - CISSP -- ISSEP
- Master's Degree null
