We are looking for an experienced technical program manager for our space line of business that can join the team and lead $50M programs with DoD or IC customers successfully.

  • Lead a diverse team of engineers, scientists, PM, control account managers, and support staff to deliver next-generation RF payloads and hardware, from conceptual design through fabrication, integration and test.

  • Provide technical and management guidance to the program team and manage day to day functions on large DoD or IC program.

  • Serve as a valued member of the broader division team and help to identify new program or project opportunities and help curate and grow relationships with customs, strategic partners, and vendors.

  • Manage the cost, schedule, and technical baseline, in concert with the chief systems engineer to deliver world class capabilities to customers.

  • Support Bid and Proposal efforts relative to management and cost volume.

  • Manage and execute all phases of a program from initiation through closing.

  • Advise and provides recommendations on candidates for employment/termination, conducts performance evaluations and salary reviews for assigned staff and is responsible for the application of company policies.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Possess TS/SCI with ability for CI Polygraph.

  • Bachelors, or Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, math, or a related engineering discipline.

  • 5-10 years of experience as a technical project manager on projects $50M or greater.

  • Experience successfully delivering space flight hardware, payloads, or systems.

  • Deep practical understanding of current and future space systems and technologies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pull data into a coherent presentation, paper, or briefing for custom and stakeholder.

  • Excellent understanding and experience with MS project.

  • Practical experience implementing Earned Value Management (EVM) tools on projects.

  • Experience with supply chain, manufacturing, and mission assurance relative to space hardware design, manufacturing and test.

Preferred:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through PMI.

  • Military Airborne or Space ISR or remote sensing experience.

  • Experience with sensors and / or payload integration onto platforms or spacecraft.

  • Successful program or project execution delivering space payloads and capabilities to the DoD or IC.
