Your Impact:

The Special Projects Division is a mission partner with their customers. We focus on the hard problems and bring our customers solutions ready to meet their needs. The Program Manager will manage programs and products for the Special Projects Division which develop electronics hardware systems for USG clients supporting the Special Communications and Signals Intelligence Missions.

The candidate should have strong leadership, communications, project management and problem solving skills. The Program Manager will be expected to manage activities in coordination with other internal and external engineering and production groups in the execution of development and production activities. A technical background is highly desirable.

  • Manage programs to meet annual revenue and NOP targets.

  • Execute a sales strategy and opportunity capture plans to meet business growth goals.

  • Lead and manage the client relationships associated with the programs.

  • Communicate regularly with other groups within the division to provide insight into the client requirements, client technical roadmaps, and capabilities required to successfully execute and grow the business.

  • Lead and mentor project managers.

  • Perform as the Program Manager on technical development and production programs as necessary.

  • Manage external partners in the execution of project work.

  • Ensure project execution meets technical, schedule, quality, and budget goals.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • TS/SCI security clearance.

  • Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent experience and training in the development and production of electronic systems.

  • 8 years of experience leading multi-discipline engineering teams designing and building electronic systems.

  • 8 years of experience designing, integrating, and testing RF Communication Systems (or similar technology).

  • 8 years of experience performing work for US Intelligence Agencies supporting ISR missions.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Experience preparing briefings and presentations for the Government and senior personnel.

  • Strong project management skills including cost management, resource planning and management, risk planning and management, schedule management, and knowledge of the earned value management process.

  • Strong team building and customer partnership development skills.

  • Motivational and Inspirational leadership skills along with the ability to communicate and execute based on a vision, strategy, and business plan.

Preferred:

  • Project Management Professional Certification.

  • In depth knowledge of the USG Intelligence Community and strong client intimacy with various IC Agencies.

  • Experience building strategic partnerships and business strategies.
