Your Impact:

Do you want to become part of an extremely successful, innovative, rapidly growing Team? You should be a self-starter, comfortable with taking on new tasks and able to implement Supply Chain best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform pre-award and in process audits and inspections and manages complex requirements for any required vendor and supplier certifications, verifications, and documentation, such as for space hardware.

  • Negotiate price and cost, including conducting Fair and Reasonable determinations based on utilizing the appropriate price analysis technique.

  • Compile reports for procurement or project management in support of strategic imperatives, conceptualizing, developing, and implementing business solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures, regulation, contract requirements, and other performance parameters.

  • Records, maintains and initiates purchase requisition documentation for acquisition of items.

  • Research and identify parts and materials from electronic equipment and component vendors and enters information into procurement database.

  • Determine supply requirements from authorization documents or bills of materials.

  • Maintain manual and automated records for requisitioning.

  • Keep precise records, document tracking and filing.

  • Work independently and as part of a larger team.

Here’s what you’ll need :

You'll Need to Have:

  • Experience in procurement and related functions with emphasis on traditional CPSR procurement initiation, and administration requirements.

  • Experience in assessing vendor and supplier qualifications.

  • Experience using various Price Analysis Techniques.

  • Knowledge of business and contract law, FAR, DFARS, with a good degree of understanding of finance and accounting.

  • Effective analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Skill with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) and SharePoint.Be able to obtain a security clearance if required.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in commercial/government space, fulfillment, or parts room environment and have good interpersonal skills.

  • Multi-tasking, attention to detail, critical decision making.

  • Experience with Government Procurement system (PeopleSoft).

  • Experienced with MRP Systems..
