Continental Customer QMPP Intern in Sergeičikai I, Lithuania

Support containment, root cause analysis and verification in the A3 or 8D problem solving methodology;
Support in analyzing scrap and Jidoka failure data;
Support preventive quality activities such as Gemba walks;
Cooperate with level 2 analysis specialist to ensure a quick turnaround of the suspect parts;
Support Quality Technicians in performing safe launch activities;
Ensure safe launch findings are reported back to relevant departments;
Support Production QMPPs in tracking and escalating Quality alerts;
Support focus factory Quality Manager with administrative tasks;
Follow internal rules and procedures.
Knowledge of Lean basics (5S, Standard work);
Problem solving and decision making tools and techniques;
Training and presentation skills;
MS office (word, excel, powerpoint);
English skills.
