  • Support containment, root cause analysis and verification in the A3 or 8D problem solving methodology;

  • Support in analyzing scrap and Jidoka failure data;

  • Support preventive quality activities such as Gemba walks;

  • Cooperate with level 2 analysis specialist to ensure a quick turnaround of the suspect parts;

  • Support Quality Technicians in performing safe launch activities;

  • Ensure safe launch findings are reported back to relevant departments;

  • Support Production QMPPs in tracking and escalating Quality alerts;

  • Support focus factory Quality Manager with administrative tasks;

  • Follow internal rules and procedures.

  • Knowledge of Lean basics (5S, Standard work);

  • Problem solving and decision making tools and techniques;

  • Training and presentation skills;

  • MS office (word, excel, powerpoint);

  • English skills.
