Jamestown Sklallam Tribe TGA Regulatory Agent in Sequim, Washington

The Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe is seeking a highly motivated and dependable full-time Regulatory Agent to join our Tribal Gaming Agency (TGA) team.

This position is full-time working four 10-hour shifts, 3pm to 1am.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with 7 Cedars Casino departments, management, and external agencies to ensure compliance with gaming regulations.

  • Review daily security and surveillance logs, identifying and reporting significant issues.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all casino operation data.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external guests, resolving concerns with patience and professionalism.

  • Investigate suspected criminal activity by patrons or employees, creating accurate reports.

  • Conduct case investigations as needed, preparing reports for relevant departments and agencies.

  • Assist the Regulatory Manager and Executive Director with special projects.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).

  • Two (2) years of experience in gaming, law enforcement, public administration, or a related field (or a combination of directly relevant experience).

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Strong time management, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Initiative, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to travel locally and regionally as assigned.

  • Must be at least 21 years old.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Ability to pass a criminal background investigation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal gaming regulations.

  • American Indian/Alaska Native preference applies.
