The Jamestown Family Health Clinic is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to join our growing Behavioral Health team.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with primary care providers to deliver comprehensive mental healthcare to individuals, couples, and families across all age groups, with a focus on older adults.

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy for a variety of mental health conditions.

  • Utilize non-pharmacological and complementary approaches to support patient well-being.

  • Partner with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

  • Participate in outreach activities to promote mental health awareness in the community.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in social work and 3+ years of experience.

  • Valid Washington state professional license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT).

  • Experience in individual, couples, and family therapy.

  • Strong assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment planning skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Commitment to cultural competency and working with diverse populations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Indian culture and communities.
