We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our incredible team in a stunning location! The Dungeness River Nature Center offers a unique and rewarding work environment. You'll collaborate with a passionate staff and dedicated volunteer corps, all working together to connect the community with nature.

In this multifaceted role, you will play a key role in sharing the River Center's story and mission with the community. You'll wear many hats, from crafting engaging content to providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll do:

  • Be the friendly face of the River Center, welcoming guests and answering questions.

  • Manage our social media presence and craft captivating content for our website and newsletter.

  • Spearhead fundraising campaigns and grant proposals, securing resources for our vital programs.

  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including graphic design and website maintenance, keeping our operations running smoothly.
