Bookkeeping position

 

CPA firm seeking bookkeeper to join our bookkeeping team. We are a growing family-owned firm located on the beautiful North Olympic Peninsula. We believe our staff is our most valuable resource. Pay Range is: $20-$40 per hour depending on experience, education and skill level

This position assists a variety of businesses, with various bookkeeping tasks including:

-[          ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}All aspects of payroll, including processing of employee payroll, posting payroll journal entries into client software, submitting quarterly & annual tax reports for both federal and state taxing agencies and processing tax payments.

-[          ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}Reconciliation of banking and payroll accounts

-[          ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}Preparation & filing of annual forms 1099

-[          ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}Data entry

-[          ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}Preparation & filing of Washington State Business tax reports

-[          ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}Educating and assisting clients with using accounting software programs.
