Amgen 파견직 CW-Receptionist & HR Admin in Seoul, South Korea

Dispatched Employee (1Y Contract, can be extended)

Responsibilities:

A. Receptionist

  • Greet visitors by welcoming, and directing them appropriately

  • Respond to Representative phone calls

  • Notify company personnel of visitor’s arrivals

  • Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges

  • Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

  • Coordinate and support other ad hoc relative matters as necessary

B. HR Admin

  • Manage office operations: office supply management (meeting room, stationaries, coffee & beverages, Rent car, office & HR billing, etc.)

  • Support congratulatory & condolence Supplies and relevant companywide notice

  • Create Purchase Orders and proceed payments for office facilities and other GA/HR related matters

  • Documentation of related documents

  • Manage day-to-day relationship with external suppliers/vendors

  • Support recruitment related matters(e.g. arrange Interview schedule, escort candidate etc)

  • Guide new hire for onboarding regarding badges, office, stationaries etc.

  • Deal with HR requests and respond on timely manner with a clear, shared understanding of HR procedures/policies

  • Coordinate EHS/ Work with safety management, health management agency

  • Coordinate and support other ad hoc relative matters as necessary

Requirements:

  • Work experience as Receptionist, GA, HR for minimum 2 years

  • Work experience in MNC as receptionist or GA/HR Staff is preferred but not a requirement

  • Customer-oriented service mind, good interpersonal relationship and able to work as team

  • Familiar with MS Excel (Spreadsheet)

  • Good command in English

  • Diploma of related field is preferred (Administration/Management/Secretary/HR or similar degree, legally equivalent experience)
